Online Classes
Join my biweekly online yoga classes for just £6 a session—designed to be super welcoming and totally pressure-free. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, these classes are all about helping you feel good in your body and mind.

There’s no need to have your camera or mic on (unless you fancy it)—just roll out your mat, get comfy, and enjoy some time for you. Each session has a different theme, blending gentle movement, breathing exercises, and meditation to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected.

Private Classes
Looking for a yoga practice that's all about you? My private classes are just £25 per hour and completely personalised to suit your needs. Whether you're after a more hands-on approach, want to focus on specific goals, or simply enjoy one-to-one attention, we’ll create a session that feels perfect for you.

I’m available on weekday evenings after 5:30 PM or weekends, and we can chat to find a time that works for your schedule. If you're in the Chelmsford area, I can come to you, so you can practice in the comfort of your own home. Let’s make yoga work for your life—no pressure, just good vibes!

Face-to-Face Classes
Right now, I’m teaching face-to-face classes for members at a local Gym in Chelmsford. In the past, I’ve run community classes in local halls, and I’m excited to bring back another 6-class series in the new year—so watch this space!
