Hey, I'm Maisy...

A little bit about my yoga journey..​

​

I discovered my love for yoga at a young age—it was the one form of exercise that truly resonated with me and kept me coming back. In April 2024, I took a leap and enrolled in a 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher training. It was life-changing. I dove deep into the world of yoga, beyond just the physical postures, and fell in love with the practice all over again. Yoga has healed me in ways I never imagined possible.

Now, I use yoga every single day—not just in my movements, but in my mindset, my approach to life, my breathing, and even how I react to challenges. It’s so much more than just poses on a mat! I’m incredibly passionate about sharing yoga with everyone around me, because I truly believe it’s for everyone. You don’t need to be a fitness fanatic or give up your Friday night takeout and G&Ts. Yoga is free of judgment—it's here for all of us to enjoy!

"Maisy’s classes are soothing, relaxing and well structured. Pre-class emails to inform you what you can expect from the class as well as suggested music. The classes are set out at a lovely pace with lots of breath work to stay focused on the practice. There’s plenty of options for modifications if you want gentler/more intense stretches. I always finish class feeling as though I’ve nourished my body. Maisy is a passionate instructor who delivers well thought out sessions to make you feel zen and glowy."
